What’s New in Magic Kingdom: Haunted Mansion Artwork and Small World Ears

It’s officially summer, and the season has brought many changes to Magic Kingdom!

While we patiently (or not-so-patiently) wait for MagicBand + (which is expected to launch this summer) and TRON Lightcycle Run (which we should hopefully get an opening date for soon), and Magic Kingdom has given us a ton of summer treats and new merchandise! Seriously, there’s so much new merch! But there’s no need to get overwhelmed by all of the new offerings, as we’ll continue to keep you updated with everything going on around Disney World! So, without further delay, here’s what’s new in Magic Kingdom!

Magic Kingdom Food Updates

Storybook Treats

We saw the Grumpy Cone return to the location for $ 5.99!

It’s a cranberry and vanilla soft-serve with a chocolate belt buckle and coin! It’s a great refreshing option in Magic Kingdom!

Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies

We saw their new Zurg Freeze for $ 6.49! It has black currant slush, strawberry bottom whip, and boba pearls. It was released in celebration of Lightyearand is super fruity!

We also found this bottom whip inspired Strawberry Smoothie for $ 6.29! It tasted just like a strawberry Dole Whip, but creamier and… dare we say…better ?!

And that’s all of the new treats we saw in Magic Kingdom!

Magic Kingdom Construction Updates

There isn’t too much update on this end… unfortunately. But TRON Lightcycle construction is still ongoing, and we’re hoping to receive an opening timeline soon!

We’ll let you know as soon as any new information is released about this attraction!

Magic Kingdom Merchandise Updates

Emporium

SO. MANY. MAGICBANDS! It seems like Disney is trying to divert our attention away from MagicBand + with an influx of new MagicBands! And if you want to snag any of these, keep in mind that the classic MagicBands will still work even after MagicBand + launches! Anyways, the new MagicBands we saw at the Emporium included the Popcorn MagicBand for $ 29.99! It shows Mickey with some Main Street popcorn!

There’s also a Donald Duck MagicBand for $ 29.99…

…and Princess MagicBand for $ 34.99…

…and a Stitch MagicBand for $ 29.99!

The Emporium also got the Lightyear Water Bottle for $ 27.99! It says The Last Space Ranger and features a silhouette of Buzz!

We also saw two new Princess Jasmine Pins! One shows her holding a lamp (silver price), and the other is a 3D pin (yellow price)!

They also restocked the Pooh Bear nuiMO…

… And the Mickey Mouse: The Main Attraction:it’s a small world ears ”and plushes…

… And Mad Tea Party ears!

Frontier Trading Post

Frontier Trading Post also had the Jasmine Pins that we saw over at the Emporium! Along with those pins, we also saw the Mickey Balloon MagicBand for $ 39.99!

They also had a new Pride Disney Family Magnet for $ 14.99.

They also restocked the 50th Anniversary MagicBand!

Memento Mori

There were some new spooky prints at this location! We saw the Disneyland Haunted Mansion Print for $ 39.99…

… The Haunted Mansion Hallway Print for $ 39.99…

This and this creepy Hatbox Ghost Print for $ 39.99!

Star Traders

We only saw one new item at this location, and it was the 50th Anniversary Cardigan for $ 99.99! It’s a cream-colored sweater with gold 50th Anniversary logos.

Curtain Call Collectibles

While we saw the Scarlet Witch Ears…

… And Lightyear Ears pop up around Magic Kingdom in places like the Emporium, we’ve only seen them stick around for the long run at Curtain Call Collectibles.

So be sure to head over here to grab a pair of ears, as they’re going fast!

Uptown Jewelers

We saw the restocked Harvey’s Orange Bird Bag…

… As well as the new Lady and the Tramp Dooney & Bourke Collection! The collection includes a Wallet for $ 168

…Crossbody for $ 248…

…Satchel for $ 298…

… And a Canvas Totewhich costs $ 328!

Plaza del Sol

We saw two new shirts over here! The younger pirates can grab the “I Smell Trouble” Youth Shirt for $ 24.99! It’s black and includes a skeleton pirate!

We also saw the blue “I’m More Than Just a Pretty Face” Youth Shirt! ” for $ 19.99. It features a tiny pirate ready for action!

And that’s all from Plaza del Sol!

Crystal Arts

And finishing off with something shinywe saw this Tiana Tiara at Crystal Arts! It’s $ 85 and includes the pop of greenwhich is Tiana’s signature color!
