Elon Musk Bails On Twitter Deal, Claims Company Didn’t Provide Required Information
According to Elon Musk, Twitter execs misrepresented the extent of spam and fake accounts on the social media platform, prompting him to withdraw his $44 billion offer. In Musk’s view, as Twitter untruthfully stated that fake and spam accounts comprised for fewer than 5 percent of all daily active users, the firm also infringed the sales agreement. But, unless he can prove Twitter intentionally decided him about corporate matters, Musk will have to pay Twitter a $1 billion breakup fee for the termination.

New Suzuki Jimny 5-Door Prototype Spotted In Europe, Could Get a Hybrid Powertrain
Suzuki has been spotted in Europe testing the much-awaited five-door Jimny. The camouflage fails to hide its 300 mm (11.8 inches) longer wheelbase, extra windows at the back, and rear doors. Apart from the evaluation equipment fitted, the interior appears to enjoy a larger touch screen and unchanged analogue dials. Suzuki is reportedly electrifying the Jimny range, and the spotted variant is likely to feature a mild-hybrid turbocharged engine.

With the unveiling of Human Horizons HiPhi Z, we get a glimpse of the car that “looks, feels, and drives like a car from 20 years in the future”. It kicks off the revolutionary tech with a “wrap-around Star-Ring ISD light curtain” that uses LEDs that can communicate with other vehicles, other drivers, and its surroundings. Fitted with a 120 kWh battery pack, the HiPhi Z can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h) in 3.8 seconds and has a 438-mile range. More information is likely to be released in August.
