The Dirty Little Secret John Kasich Doesn't Want Tea Party Voters to Know
A poll in June of 2010 shows that Ohioans support an Arizona type immigration law by a twenty point margin. But don't tell John Kasich that, he doesn't even want to talk about illegal immigration. In fact, a search of the Kasich campaign site results in only a single mention of the word immigration.
John Kasich's dirty little secret is that his free trade, open borders views aren't really much in line with the anti-elitist, anti-immigrant tea party voters that he is furiously courting. In fact, most of these voters probably don't know that he has long supported open borders and opposed any restriction on foreign trade. See this video clip:
