The Pullins Report (TPR) - 527 Drive By Media Bias, Mount Vernon Style
Over the past year or so, my family and I have been the subject of over a dozen or so front page sensationalist stories in the Mount Vernon, Ohio Newspaper.
Most of those articles were at the instigation of a local criminal that I have written about here previously. When this individual isn't stealing from the taxpayers driving drunk without a license, or writing bad checks, she spends her time writing thousands of nasty messages about prominent individuals and companies on local online forums.
This individual went to an overzealous local prosecutor and tried to file bogus charges. They were quickly thrown out of court and this prosecutor is in plenty of hot water of his own. The Ohio Supreme Court tends to frown pretty strongly on attorneys that lie to their clients, lie under oath, and backdate and fabricate documents before submitting them to court.
This week, the Knox County Common Pleas Court dismissed this individual's frivolous counterclaim, and hundreds of pages of frivolous motions and demands for money that she and her attorney had filed.
Of course, my local paper has not written a word, even after they had been informed repeatedly that these frivolous legal maneuvers have been thrown out of court. Isn't that just typical of our out of touch media? They take the ridiculous statements of a convicted liar and thief over the word of a longtime attorney, small business owner, and homeowner. When the charges are shown to be bogus, they hide the truth from the public.
Typical. And just one more example of why the 527 drive by media is going down the tubes.
